This machine is designed for automatically inserting coils and slot wedges into stator slots. It is capable of completing the insertion of both coils and slot wedges into the stator slots in a single operation.The slot wedges are fed by a stepper motor paper-feeding system, while the coils and slot wedges are inserted using a servo-driven mechanism. Equipped with a human-machine interface (HMI), the machine allows parameter setting. Based on different motor slot fill factors and wire types, users can adjust insertion speed and slot wedge feeding methods.

Production changeover can be achieved by replacing the tooling. This machine is especially suitable for small induction motors such as air conditioner motors, washing machine motors, compressor motors, fan motors, generator motors, and water pump motors.
