This machine integrates coil insertion and coil expanding/forming into one unit, and is mainly designed for products requiring multiple insertion processes. After each insertion process is completed, the stator is automatically transferred with high precision to the expanding station for coil expanding and forming. The insertion and expanding processes are repeated in cycles until the entire insertion work is completed.The machine adopts an AC servo control system for coil insertion and automatic slot wedge paper insertion, while the expanding process is completed through a hydraulic system. Through the human-machine interface (HMI), various parameters can be set and modified, and the machine is equipped with fault display and real-time alarm functions.
