The machine can neatly arrange coils into the winding cups, making it especially suitable for high-output stator winding production.Functions such as automatic segment shifting, automatic wire cutting, and automatic indexing are completed sequentially in one cycle. The human-machine interface allows users to set parameters including turn count, winding speed, tooling descending height, tooling descending speed, and winding direction.The winding tension is adjustable, and the machine supports both continuous winding and discontinuous winding modes. It is capable of meeting the winding requirements for 2-pole, 4-pole, and 6-pole motor coils.
