This model is a dual-head, four-station vertical winding machine equipped with a four-station rotary table structure. The main and auxiliary spindles can operate simultaneously for winding, allowing coils to be neatly arranged into the winding cup. It is especially suitable for stator winding applications with high production output requirements.The machine completes automatic segment skipping, wire cutting, and indexing sequentially in one cycle. The operation interface allows setting parameters such as number of turns, winding speed, insertion (dipping) height, dipping speed, and winding direction. The winding tension is adjustable.It supports both continuous and discontinuous winding modes and can meet the winding requirements of 2-pole, 4-pole, and 6-pole motor coils.
