This machine adopts a vertical stator loading structure and is equipped with a pressing device, automatic feeding device, automatic wire cutting device, and automatic wire feeding device. The coil ends on both sides of the stator are automatically laced simultaneously by dual needles.The servo-driven system controls the hook rotation for wire hooking, stator indexing, and coil height adjustment (six-axis model only). The human-machine interface allows slot-by-slot lacing, alternate-slot lacing, skip-slot lacing, and various fancy lacing patterns.Featuring a compact structure, high speed, low noise, easy operation, and quick tooling changeover, this machine is highly efficient and user-friendly.
